What's in it for you?

Feeling empowered to advocate for change. This includes feeling ready to speak up for the cause you care about, having a better insight in your unique strengths & capacities to contribute to this cause, feeling supported by a community of peers, and more. In our training courses, we provide you with a deep understanding of the topic and societal cause at hand; and we support you in acting in line with your values & principles in connection with it.

Being better able to influence the attitudes and behaviours of others in connection with the causes you care about. Particularly those people in your communities and network, through the daily interactions you have with them. Or feeling and being more capable of setting up your own initiatives through which you influence people and organisations to change their practices and policies. Which includes relevant business skills for designing your initiative.

Prioritising your mental wellbeing, whether you’re advocating for change or finding your own balance first. We offer you mental wellbeing support mostly through our 1 to 1 coaching work, which for now focuses on helping you navigate daily challenges if you’re a person from the queer community. Although the peer support that you’ll find in our training courses has proven to be very helpful to our participants’ self-image and self-confidence as well.
